Japanese researcher Hiroshi Liu has designed a robotic hummingbird, which is worth $2 million . Surprised, well there’s a lot more to this flying robot that’s bulit with a micro motor and four wings. It’s actually a 10 cm long rescue helicopter, and just like a real hummingbird, the robo also can flap it wings 30 times per second and can scale great heights in a blink. Remote controlled via an infrared sensor, the robo hummingbird is expected to help search for people stuck in dangerous situations
